Video classified ads

By Anita Horotn

Online advertising is growing and many new classifieds sites are popping up. Welcome to the newest part of online ads, free video classifieds. Now even though classifieds monster backpage has stayed away from videos, other classified ad sites are reaping the benefits.

Video classified ads offer something that the world has never seen before; a potential buyer can watch a brief video, submitted by the seller, about a service or product. These videos are oftentimes accompanied by the sellers voice in the background while a truck, for example, is being video-taped.

So if the seller is promoting their tax service, they can explain all the benefits fo their service. They can show why they should be the one that is chosen. This power is just not found in regular classified ads. Now you can sell yourself and show people why they should choose your service over others.

The advantages with video are endless. Not only can the seller now show all angles of their product but, the buyer can see and hear the product befor buying. Why waste time going to look at something in person till you have a good idea it is what you really want.

Recent reports have found that video classified ads are selling more products faster than online print ads because the buyers feel more comfortable purchasing a product that they can actually see; they are able to view it inside and out. The buyer also feels that they are less likely to be scammed by the seller when they can view a video. In all, video classified ads are the new way to advertise your product or service. It provides a much better selling outcome than regular classified ads. You should try free video classifieds.

UK Drowning in Debt, Is Debt Management a Way Out?

By Phillip Evans

25 per cent of the UK adult population are saying their financially out of control with a major number, around one million three hundred thousand people, admitting their finances are entirely unmanageable, a report by the insurer AXA says.

The insurer goes on to say that over a million UK residents have borrowed too much credit and are now struggling to keep up their repayments, with less than 4 million struggling to manage their credit card bills.

County Court Judgements CCJ's issued to the personal consumer has increased to their highest level since the beginning of 2007 and half a million home owners with mortgages where threatened with repossession or court action.

The Registry Trust, the public interest company which manages the register of judgements published within England and Wales; stated that CCJs rose by 17.4 per cent year on year to 223,519, their highest level since the first quarter of 2007. This is 25 per cent increase from the second half of 2008

Personal Insolvencies within England and Wales rose to just of twenty seven thousand in quarter 3 of 2008 which represents an 8.8 percent increase from just less that 25,000 in the previous quarter.

17,341 people went bankrupt, which has shot up 12.1 per cent from 15,463 in the second quarter of the year, and 9,746 individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs), which is up 3.3 per cent from the three months before.

The sharp rise in corporate and individual insolvencies merely reflects the treacherous economic conditions people and businesses continue to face through this deteriorating recessionary backdrop; making an even sharper rise in both business and personal insolvencies look inevitable in the coming quarters of 2009.

It was hoped that the planned Simplified Individual Voluntary Arrangement (SIVA) that had been planned to be implemented early next year would offer some way out, however this has been abandoned by the Insolvency Service.

For consumers with debts up to 75,000 a SIVA, being the simplified IVA and would have only required that a simple majority of your creditors to accept the proposal for insolvency, was planned for April 2009.

For the time being the options available to the equity challenged British public who are struggling with debt and are not wishing to go bankrupt is either seeking debt management advice or some form or individual insolvency arrangement.

Learning About Managing An Adwords Campaign, After The Launch

By Brian Basch

So you finally made it! You worked out the bids, positioning, keywords and market research. Also you are a couple of steps ahead of the pack as you have taken advantage of Google's keyword research tools. Looks like your advertising promotions are all set for the next 6 months. Is there anything left to do?

Do not think you are finished because your work has just begun. Tracking your ads is your number one priority. When you do this you will be able to gage the actual productivity of each ad and ensure maximum performance.

There are several ways to do this. There is a tracking tool on Adwords, showing how much traffic an ad is producing. Tools on your website can also help you to understand which ads are drawing leads and sales.

It is critical to your Adword campaign that you pay attention to every detail and monitor it well. A failing ad can drain your budget, fast. It will distract you from your productive ads and have you chasing ineffective leads. Let's face it you will still be paying for clicks to a bad ad.

So how do you fix an unproductive ad? If it is placed well, within the first 5-10 pages, and is drawing traffic but no sales, you may want to target your keyword better. It is very tempting to use a broad based keyword to draw in the traffic.

The one problem that you will experience with these popular keywords is that they will not be targeted to your particular market. In general a searcher will commence with these words and then proceed to more specified ones. When choosing keywords you will need to use those that will attract your niche market, but at the same time draw enough traffic.

There is a fine balance between a tight niche keyword and a broad based one. On one hand you want to attract traffic on the other hand you want to make sales.

The bottom line is that if you want a successful Adwords campaign you need to watch your campaign like a hawk. Remember the success of your business will depend on the efficiency of your advertising campaign.
